The title pretty much sums it up. We bought a sailboat, a 1989 Island Packet 35. We are so excited to be starting a totally new journey. If you know us then you know that we don’t have any sailing experience, outside of a week long sailing class we took in Mexico. It hasn’t been very long, but we have already learned quit a bit, but there is still so much more to learn.

We spent a couple of months in Stuart, Florida getting acquainted with Zaratan and now we are slowly making our way North along the East Coast for the rest of the summer. Then we are hoping to turn around and head to the Bahamas for a few months this winter.
